I live in our community.
I will work to make our region stronger.
I’m a mother, small business owner and live on a dairy farm in Milawa.
Having lived and worked in our community for a long time now, I know what it takes to ensure our region remains prosperous.
I want my daughter to be able to - and to want to - grow up, live work and one day raise her own family in country Australia, knowing that our small towns can offer big opportunities.
I know that our rural communities are capable of determining their own future. I have experience tackling some of the toughest issues we face, as well as preparing us for the future.
I have worked with the Wangaratta Local Drug Action Team tackling the impact of ice and problematic drugs in our towns.
I am the Deputy Chair of the Wodonga TAFE, recently named Victoria's large training provider of the year.
I am a board member of the Into Our Hands Community Foundation, which has helped fund plenty of local projects focused on rebuilding communities after the 2009 bushfires.
I know how to get results in Government. I have worked with government, industry and community to get things done.
In 2013, I helped create Voices For Indi, a grassroots democracy project that resulted in changed political representation in Indi.
I believe we have an opportunity to do politics differently in our patch and that by voting for me, we can put party politics aside and bring the focus back onto our communities here in Ovens.
